By accessing or playing Flappy Star ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Description of Service

Flappy Star is a free-to-play, skill-based arcade game. The Game allows users to connect a Solana-compatible wallet, play the game, and submit scores to a global leaderboard.

3. Eligibility

There are no age restrictions for playing the Game. However, connecting a Solana wallet requires that you are the authorized owner of that wallet.

4. Wallet Connection

• The Game connects to your Solana wallet solely for identity and leaderboard purposes.
• The Game does not request, initiate, or process any financial transactions.
• The Game does not access your private keys, seed phrases, or token balances.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet.

5. Blockchain Disclaimer

The Game operates on the Solana blockchain for wallet-based identity. We are not responsible for any issues related to the Solana network, including downtime, congestion, or wallet provider outages. We do not control or operate any blockchain infrastructure.

6. Score Submission

• Scores are submitted automatically upon game completion.
• You agree not to use bots, scripts, exploits, or any automated means to manipulate scores.
• We reserve the right to remove any scores that appear fraudulent or manipulated.
• Leaderboard data may be reset at any time without prior notice.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Game
• Use the Game for any illegal purpose
• Submit offensive or inappropriate display names
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Game

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game — including graphics, audio, code, and design — is the property of the Flappy Star team. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Flappy Star team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
